LAWNCARE CREW MEMBER

Job Duties

• Grass mowing.

• String trimming/weed-whacking.

• Edging.

• Grass & leaf blowing.

• Weeding.

• Raking.

• Bush trimming.

• Yard clean-up.

• Laying/spreading mulch.

• Garden bed edging, clean-up & maintenance.

• Shoveling/wheel barrowing mulch, topsoil, etc.

• Snow shoveling.

Job Requirements

• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Must be physically able to handle the rigors of long hours working in varied weather conditions & temperatures.

• Must be drug & dependent free.

• Must have reliable transportation.

• Must be punctual and dependable.

• Must be willing to work flexible days/hours.

• Must be a fast learner, coachable and a team player.

• Works under the direct supervision of the Crew Chief and the direction & discretion of the company owners.

LAWNCARE CREW CHIEF

Job Duties

• All duties of the grass cutting helper.

• Supervise, direct, train, motivate & maintain accountability for a team of 2-3 workers.

• Maintain responsibility for the completion of a daily workload in a fast paced environment without sacrificing quality.

• Drive a company vehicle & trailer.

• Interaction with customers.

• Interaction with the company owner.

• Maintain responsibility for all issued vehicles & equipment.

• Maintain responsibility for crew adherence to company policies.

Job Requirements

• All requirements of the Grass Cutting/Landscape Helper.

• Professional lawn care & landscape experience.

• Experience operating, caring for & maintaining professional lawn care equipment.

• Ability to direct, supervise & motivate a team of 2-3 workers.

• Must be at least 21 years old and physically able to handle the rigors of long hours working in varied weather conditions & temperatures.

• Must possess a valid driver's license.

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.

• Works under the supervision, direction & discretion of the company owners.
